Hängt wahrscheinlich vom Kürbis ab. Für jemanden der Mozarella sehr gern mag und Kürbis liebt, ein höchst willkommener Rezeptvorschlag... Ich bin zwar nicht so der Vorspeisenfan, aber da der Kürbis auch zu anderen Gelegenheiten und als Beilage in Hauptspeisen passt, werde ich den bestimmt mal probieren. Danke! Wow!
